How to Submit a New Message for Your Mailchimp eNewesletter

As of mid-July 2019, all Mailchimp campaign templates and personal messages are editable from within your Mailchimp campaign dashboard. You may update your campaign by following these steps:

  1. Login to your MC account
  2. Visit the Campaigns section
  3. Click to Pause and Edit the campaign: [Insert Law Firm Name]2
    1. You may need to click to “Ongoing” for campaign type if you don’t see your active campaign
  4. Click Design (at the bottom)
  5. Hover and click the Pencil icon over the message area
  6. Edit the message in the Text editor on the right
  7. Click to Save and Close the Text editor
  8. Click Next and go through each screen until you Confirm and Start RSS to resume/reactivate your campaign.

CAVEATE: If you leave with your campaign still Paused, it will not send.

TIP: You must make your edits PRIOR to the scheduled distribution date in order for your new message to reflect on the upcoming distribution.
